Will I be charged for receiving texts?

Gentle Dental Guide does not charge for text messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Check your plan details for more information.

How do I opt out?

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a final confirmation that your number has been removed. Alternatively, call or email our office to update your preferences.

Will my phone number be sold or shared?

Absolutely not. Your mobile number is used exclusively to send the types of messages you've opted into. We do not sell, rent, or share your number with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.

Is my consent required to receive dental care?

No. Opting into text message notifications is entirely voluntary. Your consent (or lack thereof) has no effect on your ability to schedule appointments or receive any of our dental services.

Can I choose only appointment reminders and skip marketing?
